Product Description:
ENESSCO INT is a worldwide-patented blend of inorganic chemicals specifically blended as a single product for the International Pulp & Paper Marketplace.

ENESSCO INT Enhanced is a combination of ENESSCO
S and D and will product the same or better benefits then the S or D alone.

ENESSCO INT is an advanced recycle furnish treatment technology that cost effectively modifies and enhances removal of common stickies, waxes, hot melts and inks.

Operating at a neutral or alkaline pH, ENESSCO INT effectively modifies surface active forces to work synergistically with the mechanical pulping processes to release inks, hot melts and stickies.? These contaminates are then stabilized to enhance their removal by traditional mechanical screens, cleaners, flotation devices and water clarification equipment; while inhibiting re-deposition of the contaminates on the fiber.

ENESSCO INT avoids over dispersion of ink particles within deink processes resulting in more efficient washing and higher pulp brightness.? Flotation chemistry is enhanced and results in lower final dirt counts.

ENESSCO INT reduction of recycle pulp contaminates leads to cleaner PM forming sections, press felts and dryer section fabrics.? Stock Preparation fiber yield is typically improved 1-2% as screening and cleaning unit operations are able to disseminate valuable fiber from contaminants more efficiently.? The proper dosage rate for ENESSCO INT depends on quality of recycled furnish and final pulp specifications.? A normal feedrate is 0.8 – 1.5 pounds ton per ton of recycled fiber to the pulper.? Product is delivered in dry form and packaged in repulpable bags sized for batch application.? Continuous operations typically use automatic dry product feeders.
